Alcoa wheels are manufactured aluminum wheels for trucks, semi-trailers and buses.
Alcoa wheels are made of high quality and corrosion-resistant aluminum. With an 8000tons press the block is forged to a wheel. After the forging, the wheel undergoes a heat treatment to give an additional mechanical reinforcement to the aluminum.

Transporting cereals or sugar beets in a truck on Alcoa Wheels means an increase of payload of 250 to 300 kg. Consequently, the number of journeys is reduced, and this results in an increase of business profitability. The wheel carries a five-year warranty and a life of at least 15 years is not uncommon.

The Fleet Service Center is an initiative from Arconic Wheel and Transportation Products targeted at fleets and owner operators. The center provides direct service and assists fleets with technical and after sales support.

Wheels that need examination or have been taken from service can be reported in the Wheel Return Form. For valid follow up all necessary details need to be filled out and sent to the Fleet Service Center.

The Brushed version of Alcoa Wheels requires basic maintenance. Brushed wheels are widely used in large fleets where trailers are often changed. Brushed wheels do not rust and do not need to be sprayed again.
